After receiving a highly critical letter from the Army Corps in early May, SEG submitted additional documents and data files to the Corps on May 28, 2023. The document and associated files claim that Bioimpact (Amy Dempsey’s company) conducted 798 transect dives in Coral Harbor during late December and early January, covering 114 acres of Coral Harbor.
For a multitude of reasons, the claims made by Bioimpact lack credibility. Save Coral Bay will submit analysis and comments after reviewing the SEG documents.
