Army Corps Places SEG Application in Abeyance

On October 22, 2015 the Army Corps of Engineers sent an additional information request letter to the Summer’s End Group.  We were gratified to see that the Corps request was comprehensive, and included all of the comments and questions that had been raised by the public and the federal agencies during the two comment periods.  This letter is shown below:

On November 2 the Summer’s End Group requested an extension of time to answer the questions and provide the information required by the Corps.  On November 3, 2015, the Army Corps of Engineers responded to the time extension request by saying the permit application by the Summer’s End Group was being withdrawn from processing and placed in abeyance until the issues and questions raised had all been answered.  This is a major accomplishment for Coral Bay !
