The Summer’s End Group has submitted three applications to the United State Army Corps of Engineers. These applications were submitted in April 2014, September 2014, and May 2015. The files associated with each of these filings may be found on the pages below:
The first filing was not deemed complete, The second filing (Sept 2014) was put out for public comment in December 2014. The Public Notice for this comment period may be found on the link below:
The Sept 2014 filing was withdrawn after USFWS rescinded a Boating Infrastructure Grant award from SEG, and subsequently USFWS withdrew as lead agency. This led to the May 2015 permit application filing, which was put out for public comment in July 2015. The Public Notice for the second comment period may be found on the link below:
For the final (May 2015) application the Army Corps sent SEG three letters requesting additional information, with three sets of responses from SEG. These letters and associated response materials may be found on the pages below:
