Following our letter in December 2024 identifying numerous problems with the outdated CZM permits for SEG, and following review of correspondence between DPNR/CZM and the Army Corps acknowledging that the CZM permit was now “null and void” we wrote to CZM requesting a formal statement on permit validity.
