On July 21, 2020, Save Coral Bay filed a lawsuit in Virgin Islands Superior Court alleging that Governor Albert Bryan Jr. and Chaliese Summers had violated the Virgin Islands Coastal Zone Management Act by modifying the SEG CZM permits without the review and approval of the St John CZM Committee. The documents below were the principle filings in the lawsuit which was ultimately dismissed in Superior Court and appealed in Virgin Islands Supreme Court.
