After receiving the entire Jan 2023 submission by SEG to the Army Corps (via a Freedom of Information Act request), the documents were all thoroughly reviewed by Save Coral Bay and detailed comments provided to the Army Corps reviewer.
The comments covered all of the main new submissions by Summers End (the benthic resource survey, the “minimization”, the proposed mitigations, and the shading analysis). The entire document is available below, or can be downloaded with the provided link.
