Save Coral Bay has filed an appeal in Virgin Islands Supreme Court regarding Governor Bryan’s illegal modification of CZM permits for the Summers End Group.  Although this case was dismissed in Superior Court we strongly believe that the Judge made errors in the analysis of the law and this is now on appeal in Supreme Court.  The documents filed in the case by Save Coral Bay, the Office of the Governor, and the Summers End Group, are all shown below.
