Listed below are the documents that may be relevant:

2. United States Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Public Notice –  The official Public Notice is published on the Army Corps website.  The notice has had at least two minor revisions to correct errors, and in order to ensure that you are accessing the most up-to-date and correct version, we provide a link to the authoritative copy, rather than copying to this site. USACE Process Flowchart – Although not a primary document, per se, the presentation and flowchart referenced below provides some additional background on issues and processes involved in the handling of Department of the Army permit applications.  It was created by the Regulatory Division of the Charleston Office of the Army Corps and is for the most part relevant to this project.
