On July 29, 2024, Colonel Brandon Bowman was appointed to head the Jacksonville District, Army Corps of Engineers, replacing Colonel James Booth.  We’ve held off sending correspondence to Colonel Bowman while he was getting situated, and dealing with two hurricanes in Florida.
