Two of the Summers End marina parcels are owned by members of the Clendinen family, a well known St Johnian family with multigenerational roots in the Virgin Islands. After many years of broken promises, misrepresentations, and failure to pay any meaningful rents to the Clendinen family for their two waterfront parcels, a lawsuit has now been filed in Virgin Islands Superior Court.
