Following the one-sided testimony provided by the Summers End Group to the Legislature’s Committee on Economic Development and Agriculture, I felt it was necessary to send material to the committee  members and their colleagues rebutting many of the false claims, distortions, and outright untruths made by the Summers End Group principals and their paid advisors.  The letter below documented those issues.
