The letter below was sent to the five members of the St John Coastal Zone Management Committee, detailing a long history of violations of terms and conditions of the CZM permit(s) issued to the Summers End Group.

Perhaps of greatest significance are the substantial differences between the permit currently being pursued by Summers End with the US Army Corps of Engineers, and the project scope in the approved CZM permits.  According to law, this should require the Summers End Group to go back to CZM to request modification to their CZM permit.
