Senator Janette Millin Young convened a meeting of the Committee on Economic Development, Agriculture and Planning on September 28, 2015 to receive testimony regarding the impact of normalized relations with Cuba on the Virgin Islands economy.

The following clip contains a portion of the testimony of Senator Rocky Liburd, followed by Senator Millin Young reading testimony submitted by David Silverman into the record.  The testimony that I submitted emphasized the importance of protecting and promoting the attributes most valued by our visitors, namely our beaches, our scenery, and our atmosphere.
