In a major victory for Coral Bay, the United States Environmental Protection Agency reiterated its prior determination that the Summers End Marina would cause unacceptable adverse impacts to an Aquatic Resource of National Importance, and therefore the Army Corps should deny the permit requested by Summers End.  The EPA has veto authority over any permit issued that does not comply with its recommendation.
