The proposed “mangrove island” mitigation plan, as well as the “coral outplanting” plan are described in SEG’s 2025 Compensatory Mitigation Plan document, below.  The Save Coral Bay review of the mitigation plan follows.  An additional supplement on fill volumes, following our depth measurements at the North Mangrove Mitigation Area, will be posted as soon as it is sent to the Corps.
