The documents below all pertain to Governor Bryans modifications to the Summers End Group CZM permits in December 2019. These modifications were done at the express request of Chaliese Summers (see correspondence). The Governor claimed authority under Section 911(g) of the Coastal Zone Management Act, however this is currently under appeal within the USVI courts.
