These video clips were taken during a town hall style meeting in Coral Bay on Nov 16, 2014, the night before the runoff election for the 8th Governor of the Virgin Islands.  Mr Mapp clearly articulated his surprise at the “ridiculous size” of the marina, his belief that it cannot pass muster with the Army Corps of Engineers, and his disappointment that the developers were unwilling to reduce the size of their proposal.
