Army Corps Additional Information Request

Following their visit to St John and their meeting with Save Coral Bay, CBCC, CBYC and NPS, the Army Corps sent a letter to the Summers End Group requiring them to provide extensive additional information necessary for completion of the environmental assessment.  They were given 30 days from October 22, 2015, to respond, or face a possible denial of their permit.

In addition to the 14 page letter describing the different sources of comments (Agencies, Public, CBCC, SCB) and the topics addressed in the comments, the Corps attached all of the public letters, the formal comments, and the comments of Save Coral Bay.  Here is one of the documents sent by the Corps to SEG.  It is a summary prepared by Save Coral Bay listing the topics that people frequently mentioned in their letters to the Corps:
